Please note that we dispatch these exclusive products directly from our Berlin store. If you wish to purchase an additional item that is dispatched from our warehouse, an additional shipping fee may be applied.

RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are delivered Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Stock permitting, orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Please note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

Fedex Priority: €11-€29 (0kg-3kg) — 1 to 2 working days from dispatch of order

North America

For shipments outside of Europe, please note that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Please note that we do not cover postage for returns/exchange shipments.

To return an unwanted item for a refund, please contact our customer service at CARE@SOUVENIROFFICIAL.COM
Unwanted products can only be returned within 14 days upon delivery,  unworn, brand new, in its original packaging with tags, along with your name, order number and email address.
Exchanges can be made only within Europe at this time and products can only be exchanged for a different size and/or colour. Send back the product unworn, brand new, in its original packaging with tags, along with your name, order number, email address and the colour/size you wish to receive, within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to use a trusted courier service to insure your package arrives to us safely, as the product is under your responsibility until it reaches us.
Once your return is received and inspected (normally processed within 7 days), we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund. Credit for refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have placed an erroneous order, contact us to cancel it at CARE@SOUVENIROFFICIAL.COM 
Orders are usually packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24h therefore canceling an erroneous order might not always be possible.
In store exchanges can also be processed if available stock permits (Please make sure to have your order number). We do not offer refunds for in store purchases unfortunately.
