All orders are delivered Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Stock permitting, orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Please note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

Orders within Berlin are dispatched with LABELS in order to minimise CO2 emissions and packaging waste, while offering a fast and affordable delivery method.

North America
Fedex Priority: €16-€30 (0kg-3kg) — 2 to 3 working days from dispatch of order

Asia
Fedex Priority: €19-€42 (0kg-3kg) — 2 to 4 working days from dispatch of order

Australia and New Zealand
Fedex Priority: €28-€42 (0kg-3kg) — 2 to 5 working days from dispatch of order

For shipments outside of Europe, please note that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Return & Exchange

BERLIN

To return an item delivered in Berlin by LABELS, you can contact team@labels.cc , then you will have the option to book a time-slot for pick-up. 

LABELS also offer an exchange service, you can organise for your new item to be delivered upon pick-up of unwanted item. 

Unwanted products can only be returned within 14 days upon delivery, unworn, brand new, in its original packaging with tags. 

Once your return is received and inspected (normally processed within 7 days. Credit for refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that we do not cover postage for returns/exchange shipments.

To return an unwanted item for a refund, please contact our customer service at care@souvenirofficial.com

Unwanted products can only be returned within 14 days upon delivery,  unworn, brand new, in its original packaging with tags, along with your name, order number and email address.

If you would like to exec page your item, please follow the same procedure as returning and we will send you store credit to re-order the correct item. 

Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to use a trusted courier service to insure your package arrives to us safely, as the product is under your responsibility until it reaches us.

Once your return is received and inspected (normally processed within 7 days), we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund. Credit for refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately cancelling your order once you have made your purchase is not possible, we strive for quick dispatch times for all orders.Orders are usually packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24h therefore canceling an erroneous will not be possible.
If you are unhappy with your order once you have received it, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange.
